70′s night starring Vegas Elvis!
Take yourself back to the days when flares were groovy and dancing to the sounds of the 70’s was the in thing!
The 70’s are one of the greatest ever decades in music and Bar Eleven in Halifax will play host to an unforgettable night of music and live performance on Saturday 28th January.
70’s night organiser Gary Kirkland said: “Come and dance the night away to the grooviest 70′s classics and enjoy a sensational performance from one of the best Elvis tributes around, Vegas Elvis!”.
“Vegas Elvis really knows how to get a party going and we’re expecting a great night with a fantastic atmosphere, which will be the perfect post-Christmas tonic”.
“There’s an optional fancy dress theme, buffet, stand-up bingo, as well as a raffle where you could win a 22” LCD TV amongst other great prizes. Come and join us for what promises to be the night of the year!” said Gary.
Tickets are priced at £5 and are available from Bar Eleven on Harrison Road or by calling 07787 415792.
All proceeds raised from the night will go towards two charities supporting equality and diversity awareness; Stop Hate UK and Calderdale Pride.
Stop Hate UK provides support to people affected by Hate Crime which includes things like bullying, harassment, physical attacks and damage to property. Hate Crime can happen because of prejudice or hatred of disability, gender identity, race, ethnicity or nationality, religion or belief, or sexual orientation.
Calderdale Pride organises the annual Pride event at the Halifax Piece Hall, which brings together Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people, their families, friends, and supporters for one of the area’s biggest celebrations of diversity with over 9,000 visitors in 2011.
We’re expecting tickets to sell out well before the night! Please buy yours now @bareleven or on 07787 415792!
